Four elected members and one member is appointed by the Governor of Massachusetts. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Commissioners and is responsible for the management and operation of the agency and its <strong>3rd Thursday of each month.<\/strong>\u00a0 Meetings are held at the\u00a0 Community Room at 87 Maple St. West Boylston and start at 4:30 pm.\u00a0 Upcoming board meetings dates and exceptions to the typical scheduled Board Meetings will be posted on the <a href=\"https:\/\/ncmhousing.org\/en_au\/west-boylston\/\">West Boylston Housing Authority page<\/a> announcements\u00a0including special meetings.Special Meetings may be scheduled and may or may not be open to the public.\u00a0 Meeting minutes are taken at ALL meetings and are available to the public once they are
