The\u00a0<strong>Eugene J Capoccia Community Center (EJC)<\/strong> provides students with educational resources to help them achieve their potential in school and, through education, break the Cycle of Poverty. <strong>The <\/strong><strong>Eugene J Capoccia Community Center (EJC)<\/strong> services fifty-six students ages five through sixteen.<a href=\"https:\/\/ncmhousing.org\/en_au\/ejc-center\/\">Click here<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tLeominster Development Corporation\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p><strong>Leominster Development Corporation<\/strong> was formed in 1995 to develop and preserve affordable housing in our community. LDC has embarked on two developments to increase the number of affordable housing units in the community. The first project involved the purchase and renovation of three multi-family homes in Leominster. These three properties opened in 1998 and have provided good, safe housing for many families. In 2008 the Development Corporation opened Rockwell Village, a fourteen-unit townhome development built in the heart of downtown Leominster.
