Presently, the housing authorities included under the NCM Housing Authorities umbrella are <strong>Leominster, Lunenburg, Sterling, West Boylston, and Holden<\/strong>. Each of the five housing authorities are governed by a separate Board of Commissioners. NCM Housing Authorities also manages the <strong>Leominster Development Corporation (LDC)<\/strong> and the <strong>Eugene J Capoccia Community Center (EJC)<\/strong>.
