North Central Massachusetts Housing Authorities (NCM Housing Authorities) is a name we have chosen to represent our entity which manages several housing authorities within the northern central Massachusetts geographic region. Presently, the housing authorities included under the NCM Housing Authorities umbrella are Leominster, Lunenburg, Sterling and West Boylston. Each of the four housing authorities is governed by a separate Board of Commissioners. NCM Housing Authorities also manages the Leominster Development Corporation (LDC) and the Allencrest Academic Learning Center. The main administrative office for all our housing authorities and the LDC managed by NCM Housing Authorities is located at LHA Office, 100 Main Street, Leominster, Massachusetts 01453.
