Lunenburg Housing Authority

Lunenburg Housing Authority was established in 1968. The Agency’s mission is to provide safe, secure rental subsidies for families, elderly, and handicapped or disabled persons. The State Government funds the programs. Depending upon the program, applicants can be housed in town-house style family units or the apartment complex owned by the Lunenburg Housing Authority. The information within our web site will help you understand the programs available and the requirements to qualify for assistance.

HUD 5 Year Agency Plan (FY2020-2025) and Annual Funding Plan (FY2020)
The Leominster Housing Authority will be holding a Public Hearing in order to review and receive comments on the HUD Five Year Agency Plan and FY2020 Annual Plan. Documents are available at the LHA office located at 100 Main Street, Leominster during normal business hours (8:30-4:00). The Public Hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 13, 2019 at the Leominster Housing Authority, 100 Main Street, Leominster, MA. Comments may be given at the Public Hearing or mailed to Benjamin Gold, Leominster Housing Authority, 100 Main Street, Leominster, MA 01453.
