How to Apply for Public Housing

Applications and required forms must be completed and then delivered or mailed to the administrative office at 100 Main Street, Leominster.  You may download the application from the link below, If you are disabled and need some assistance in completing applications for housing, or need some other accommodations in the application process, please tell us.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT SUBMITE ANY APPLICATION WITHOUT COMPLETING
ALL STEPS/FORMS LISTED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS
Applications submitted without completing all steps/forms included will be denied as incomplete.
